Update #20

More good news!

Nick is responding to pain stimuli! That means that when he’s pinched or they pull a toe, he’s pulling away. You can just imagine how good that news is!

They’ve decided to wait until Monday to fully take him off the ventilator.

The doctors said his skin color is good and he seems relaxed.

Dwight and Lisa thank you all for your prayers!

Dear Nick and family, what an incredible blessing it is to see how God is working!
Philippians 1:6
"And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, Nick, will continue His work until it is finally finished..."
1 Corinthians 2:9
"...No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him."
Hebrews 13:20&21
"Now may the God of peace- who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ, the great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an eternal covenant with His Blood- may He equip you ,Nick, with all you need for doing His will. May He produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to Him. All glory to Him forever and ever! AMEN.
Believing with you,
Charla Marbut

Nick,
It is been a long road, but our Lord is with you every step of the way. There are so many people praying for you, and we know that the "fervant prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much." Thus, with so many praying, we are trusting God to continue the miracles in your life and to use this to bring more into His kingdom.

Love, Mrs. LaPlante and family from LFCS
